...Okay, maybe not crazy but more like unique...
(I just needed an alliteration.)
But regardless, I see some pretty unique characters around my neighborhood, especially during my daily walk to school and back home.
I've told my friends about them, and now I'm going to tell you.
1. Saxophone Guy
This guy is quite possibly the nearest thing to Dave Brubeck in the Washington DC area. He is absolutely fantastic! I've also seen him at Dupont Circle while consignment shopping with one of my friends.
2. Express Lady
There's this one lady I see almost everyday who always tries to hand me an issue of the Express but I always turn her down. I feel incredibly guilty for it, but I would rather read something else - like "The Onion"! (Yes, I enjoy snarky humor... You can blame going to British schools for about six years!)
3. Banana Business Man
This guy always makes me smile. I always see him eating a banana! And he's in business clothes! I'm just chuckling thinking of him now...
4. Einstein
...Expect he wears berets... He's cool. 'Nuff said.
5. Bundled-Up Old Lady
I don't why exactly, but she reminds me of Winnie the Pooh...
6. Chubby Chuckling Lady
Whenever I see her, she is always chuckling or smiling at me. I'm just hoping it's because she's happy...
7. Old Man With Pink Bicycle
Do I really need to explain this? It's like Einstein... He's cool. 'Nuff said.
