What's not to love?
I have said it on Polyvore, and I will say it again:
Who say a man cannot be a women's style inspiration?

I mean - heck - I own blazers and a fedora (as well as many of his songs) because of ol' blue eyes right here!
...Now, onto my rant...
(I'm sorry!)

Why do men no longer wear hats?
(Women too, but I'll go onto that in a future post.)

And I don't mean some baseball cap to cheer for the Chicago Cubs or to block the sun from your eyes. I mean genuine hats that makes a man look like a gentleman!

I was discussing this very topic with my father the other weekend and he too agrees with me.

There was so much in a hat. As my dad put it, it was a form of communication. You could tip you hat to show politeness.  Or you could wear your hat at certain angle to show you're Mr. Cool. (Exampled brilliantly by old Frankie here!)

After poking around Google to see if I could find a decent answer why the hat was dropped, I came to an unexpected conclusion.

Apparently President Kennedy didn't wear one so, therefore, men did too.

I was a bit shocked to hear this because his wife was such a style inspiration - which, by the way, included hats!

Huh!
